Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Link Play and you for any purpose concerning these terms or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Denver County, Colorado, United States.

You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts on the grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the breach thereof, the parties agree to attempt to settle the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation within thirty days, either party may pursue legal remedies in accordance with the jurisdiction and venue provisions above.

Prior to initiating any legal action, the complaining party must provide written notice to the other party describing the dispute and allowing thirty days for a response and potential resolution.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Link Play on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Link Play concerning your use of the website. Assignment
